Once a month I go live for Q&A and training — bring your real questions, your half-finished problems, whatever’s got you stuck, and we’ll work through it together. (Live sessions aren’t recorded, so come along and make the most of them.) Between sessions, there’s a community chat where you can ask your general questions and I’ll jump in to help.

Meet Jahna
Hi, I’m Jahna — Certified Bookkeeper, Registered BAS Agent, and the founder of Keeping Balance. I’ve spent more than a decade helping Australian business owners feel calm, organised and confident with their numbers, and I’ll be honest: I get a bit of a geeky thrill out of it.
My whole approach is built on clarity, kindness and simplicity. No jargon, no judgement, no making you feel silly for not knowing something you were never taught. Just plain-English support that gives you the tools to run a sustainable business — and actually enjoy life outside it.
I built the Training Centre for the business owners I kept meeting who didn’t need someone to take the books off their hands. They wanted to understand them. They wanted a place to learn, ask the questions they’d been too busy to chase down, and get another set of eyes on their systems — without committing to a full done-for-you arrangement. So here it is.
