Hi, I'm Jahna — Certified Bookkeeper, Registered BAS Agent, and the founder of Keeping Balance. I've spent more than a decade helping Australian business owners feel calm, organised and confident with their numbers, and I'll be honest: I get a bit of a geeky thrill out of it.

Nope — they're two different ways to work with me. Done-For-You is hands-off: I take care of your books for you. The Training Centre is for DIY bookkeeping — you're doing it yourself, and you want the training and support to do it well.

Is this the same as your Done-For-You Bookkeeping?

Absolutely — that's exactly what it's for. There's a growing library of Xero training videos covering set-up and the everyday bits that trip people up, plus monthly live sessions where you can ask me your real questions.

I'm not very confident with Xero. Will this help?

That's completely fine, and honestly how a lot of members use it. There's no lock-in — join while you need the support, then cancel when you're sorted. You're always welcome back if things change.

What if I only need support for a little while?

The live Q&A and training sessions aren't recorded, so it's worth popping them in your calendar and coming along. The video library and Know Your Numbers exercises are there to access anytime, and private Know Your Numbers 1:1 sessions are available exclusively to members.
