Hi, I’m Jahna — a Certified Australian Bookkeeper, Registered BAS Agent, and Xero Advisor with more than a decade of hands-on experience helping small business owners across Australia feel calm, organised, and confident with their finances.
I’ve been using Xero for over 10 + years and have been partnering with businesses since 2016 through my Done-For-You Bookkeeping service as their trusted Expert Bookkeeper. My approach is kind, judgment-free, and deeply practical — helping clients simplify their systems, understand their numbers, and make informed decisions that support growth and wellbeing.
I work closely with coaches, construction, and retail business, supporting them to streamline their bookkeeping, stay compliant, and gain confidence in their financial position.

Where I’m located
I’m based in Brisbane and offer bookkeeping services and support online and, when needed, in-person. So it’s simple to connect no matter where you’re located. Most of my current clients are in Brisbane, Toowoomba, Melbourne and Sydney, and I regularly work with small businesses right along Australia’s East Coast.
Most sessions are online, but in-person meetings can be coordinated – often timed when I’m visiting other clients in the same area. Whether you’re in a major city or a regional town, I’ll make sure my support fits seamlessly into the way you run your business.

In all my years of experience I truly believe that these programs are someof the most suitable on the market and time and again, I’ve seen them bring structure to financial chaos and save business owners lots of time (which = money!), stress and frustration.
The programs I use are easy to navigate, reputable and can of course be claimed as a business expense.
You’ll find that the majority of bookkeepers are prescriptive like this because if we were to use different programs for all our clients, we’d quite literally have a mental breakdown - haha.

Each set-up process differs in length and is dependent on the needs of the business owner. If you run an established business but have been neglecting your books, the set-up process may take up to two months. If you are a brand new business (or setting up from scratch) an average set-up takes around two weeks.

The most successful business owners understand their numbers. Sure, they’re not the ones who take care of the nitty-gritty, but they do understand the importance of keeping an eye on and understanding them.
A big part of my work that I’m most passionate about is educating and up-skilling business owners about money management, so if you’d prefer to turn a blind eye then I’m likely not the best fit for you.
